In-kind donations or hotel-specific local initiatives: Each hotel manages their own in-kind giving program and local partnerships, so please visit www.fairmont.com to search for your desired destination. A formal letter in writing, on your organization’s letterhead, should be addressed to the Executive Assistant to the General Manager of the property from whom you are requesting a donation or pursuing a partnership. She/he will review your request and ensure you receive an answer in a timely manner. Please be advised that most hotels give first priority to organizations within their own community.

Fairmont does not offer funding or in-kind support for:

• Groups that do not hold current Government approval of their charitable status
