Cooking With Chef Package

Join Executive Chef Jean-Francois Fortin and Team as they show you how to prepare dishes using some simple and unique culinary techniques to create your own masterpiece at home. Each session may showcase fresh ingredients from our local herb garden, seafood from the Bay of Fundy and organic ingredients reflective of our authentically local cuisine.

- One hour cooking lesson with one of our certified Chefs. Get an insiders view of the food industry and how the professionals create their culinary art.

| Availability | Booking must be done at least 72 hours prior to arrival. A Front Desk Manager will be in touch with you within 48 hours of the booking to confirm the cooking lesson time.
